Clean the lesion and surrounding skin before applying Omnimatrix. If there are crusts, they should be gently washed until they are completely removed. Apply Omnimatrix so that a thin protective layer of cream remains on the surface of the lesion. On wounds without a dressing, apply Omnimatrix at least twice a day. The duration of the treatment should be extended as much as necessary, until the skin regains a normal appearance.
